Business Plan
In the next 5 years, I plan to grow the business by taking on more contracts, add more advertising for the business, and continue to grow the professional relationships with the local builders. The housing development in our area has not slowed down one bit and shows signs of increasing. I want my company to be the go to cleaner for new construction homes in our area. I am a mom of two boys and have a double bachelors in Public Health and Health Sciences. I grew up in poverty, being the first in my family to graduate college in 3 generations. I have overcome adversities that are unthinkable, but that have taught me so much about what I want my future to be for myself and for my family. I am determined to show my boys how to dream big and succeed. I am determined to become the go to cleaner for new construction homes in our area.

Self Identified Competition
There are a lot of residential and commercial cleaning companies in the area. But not very many that know how do properly do construction cleaning. A construction cleaning company is vastly different from a residential or commercial cleaning company. We have to have the knowledge of the construction process, OSHA requirements, large equipment such as extension ladder, generators, shop vacs, and more. My company has been doing construction cleaning for almost 2 years now and have been contracted by multiple different builders. We have always gone above and beyond for our clients and they have all been extremely satisfied with the work.
