Business Plan
I am currently a cottage food operation and have a popular tasteful product that I would like to expand to 1.adding Cookie vending machines at airports or any busy public business 2.expand to a permit that will allow me to cater bigger events ie, Weddings, Country club events, Coachella music festivals, 3.I would like to package my product to sell to retailers 4. to have a retail bakery to be able to produce and sell from an actual place In my past career I always make money for others and not for myself but just a salary. I left the clothing business and completely changed my direction as I traveled for my previous career and on of the things that I did is study that way the masses showed by watching the habits and one thing I learned was that the food industry was number one . Sweets to say the least . I love deserts and a victim of that too . Having so many companies selling sweets made it more challenging so I did what I love . I started to create cookies based on desserts , When I started I was sold out every time I had a booth at an event , I think it was because no one was doing it in my area. I am super excited and want to market myself more but just not ready to until I can get a place and employees . I started to have monthly flavors and because I do not have an actual retail store which would take every more financial need I am building the product to be able to be ready for the demand.

Self Identified Competition
My current ideal competitive business is Levain Bakery form New York, but currently in my area is Crumbl and The Cookie Co . These companies are currently close to me but are not threats at all due to I offer a different product that taste so much better and in fact got more business . Lastly my product uses better quality ingredients therefore I have a higher end Consumer that pay a little more for a quality product. I am different and I offer different type of cookies that are not sold at these stores . I also started a different line of cookies that will last longer sealed which will give a longer shelf life. I would like to start the vending machine as well that they do not have. along with that , My product is a considered a higher end product using quality ingredients so my customer base is from a higher end demographic and since my business is surrounded by county clubs and big event this is a great opportunity for me.
