As a small business with a fixed income the rising cost of maintenance and products needed to be able to continue to provide care for our residents has become a juggling act. With rising interest rates with no end in site threaten our ability to remain fully staffed and in business.

Our top 3 competitors are Laurel Woods Assisted Living, White Oak of Tryon, Autumn Care of Saluda. All of these companies are corporate and have access to funding that we do not. Our business is different because we are small a 12 bed facility that is private pay, we don't accept Medicare or Medicaid because we are so small. What we can offer that our competitors cannot is a home like atmosphere with true one on one assistance. Our staff ratio is 1:6. We want to be able to continue to offer affordable top quality care.
