Funding Usage
I would like to make my home safer for my family of 7 to live and to work. The house I bought was built in the late 1800's and is currently half remodeled and half gutted. The foundation of the house is failing, visible cracks allow the elements and critters into the house. The siding of the house is made with lead paint based shiplap, foam board, and asbestos. The plan would be to tear down and build a new 40 x 90 house with office space and a separate finished shop space that meets up-to-date safety code requirements.

Business Plan
I plan to expand the business to running multiple crews who specialize in concrete and/or construction. The home business property will be secured, maintained, and styled to draw in customers, causing an increase in generated revenue. I would also like to get an education to work on the equipment and vehicles that we use to complete projects. I will hire professionals as employees to help projects complete efficiently in all areas. There is also a focus on creating a bigger following on media platforms through the regular display of employee completed projects and other marketing strategies. Investors should invest in a hard working man that is dependable and trustworthy. I am a man that you can count on to make payments and to get the job done. I have loyal customers who want to see my business succeed and I have a burning desire to build a legacy for my family. The basic needs of a man must be met before he can reach self-actualization. The safety of my home is in crisis and I know that because of my own determination, I will achieve success. I believe that is someone worth investing in.
