Also, for growth we plan on forming strategic partnerships to reach a broader network of customers, by diversifying our product and services we offer; example: providing junk removal services, heavy lift move for Pianos and bathtubs. We also aim in extending to new markets. Lastly, we plan on measuring what works and refine ourselves as a unit before proceeding. Because the projections in the business plan will be sat up, well legible and understood. A promise in ROI, gross margin, ability in showing revenue growth. Our customer acquisition, and providing revenue per employee. I will also be providing a solid business plan that is transparent with uniqueness ideas that differentiates from competitors and gives us a competitive advantage(s). We will prove that there is a HUGE market for the services that Honcho Movers provide alongside a solid narrative that will once again differentiate us from other moving companies. Also, we will be providing our background and experience in the the moving business which we are targeting, expressing our passion for solving customer problems, proving our business readiness, providing good reason for investing in this business and its plans. Lastly, there will be a clear investment structure.

    Some of our top three competitors since recently establishing ourselves last year are as followed: College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving Draper, they have some good customer reviews. Compare to them, Honcho Movers have a stronger emphasis on residential and commercial moves. While College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving Draper are more known for providing junk removal service. The second one of our competitor that is well known is All My Sons Moving - Salt Lake City, they are like us - with an emphasis in local move and interstate moves. They also claim to have more 5 star reviews than any other moving company. Lastly, another of our competitors is You Move Me Professionals. This company is unique in the fact that they are known for their senior moves, with having the most reviews for such moves. I believe that Honcho Movers will benefit from the funds if allowed because we are a very unique company with individuals of high character, leadership qualities backed with valuable work ethic. We create inherent value for the customer that is distinct from our competition. We also have a record of delivering exceptional service that future customers are willing to pay for….
