Business Plan
Active recruitment to low income families through social media, flyers, and community events to recruit students. The school goal is to provide quality education for students from low income homes and marginalized students. Through partnership with local educational programs, all students can and will attend the school tuition free. Each students will be prepared, regardless of their educational level and struggles, working with each student in a small safe learning environment, building their future, one student at a time. The goal is to build on each grade level and provide a private trade school for students who like to develop skill to become productive citizens.

Self Identified Competition
The area where the school is located does not currently have any private school. The school offers small classroom environment option for students and families. The teacher/student ratio is 1:10. This affords the teacher to diligently work with students who are struggling and/or behind grade level. Many schools do not offer such small class options. This school is also going to be one of the few school that will offer a pathway to trade school option in a private school setting.
