Funding Usage
The funding would go towards advertising, And growing our business. We are looking to finish our secondary bus, as we often have inquiries for multiple events on the same day. This will allow us to increase our bookings, increase jobs and increase our income. There are a lot of vendor events, but unfortunately they cost quite a bit to be at, typically $2000 or more. This funding would also allow us to be able to be at more vendor events and trade shows. Really it will open the doors to growth for our fun and unique business!

Business Plan
Our main goal for growth over the next few years is to gain more knowledge by going to seminars and classes, book more events by getting our name out there more, and to meet with local vendors and venues to build partnerships. We want to be able to do more advertising and being able to be at more vendor events and trade shows to get our name out! Our business is fun and offers a unique take on an old favorite...photo booths! Our goal is to go out and meet more local venues, bring the Photo Bus, and see about building partnerships with them for their events. Along with finishing our second Photo Bus and getting it operating as a photo booth. We are not far from it, but the finish is always in the details. We pride ourselves on our vintage vibe, which we show with our vintage Volkswagen buses. We love to make people smile, build memories and lasting experiences. Reminding people that there is so much joy to be had in our lives. Vintage Volkswagens are ICONIC! Everywhere we go, we meet people that have a story about growing up in a bus, around a Volkswagen, or just always loved them. So much fun keeping these historical vehicles beautiful and in working order. With top of the line photo equipment built in to the bus, those vintage vibes can be felt from the moment you get in. We bring a magical experience to our clients, that they will remember for years to come.

Self Identified Competition
#1 would be the Wandering photo bus, based out of Sacramento as well, they are primarily Photography based, but do offer a photo bus options as well. They started up a year after us with the bus option #2 would be the Candid Van, a newer business started up by a local DJ, offering a VW Bus option also. #3 would be Nor-Cal Photo Bus, this one is based out of Chico, CA. The owner of this business, actually took the idea from us to build his business. The main difference in our business is we are true VW enthusiasts! With a background in photography, we have combined our passions to a fun and unique business. In 2021, we suffered a huge setback. On our way home from an event, we were struck by a vehicle doing almost 100mph, our bus spun around the freeway before rolling and coming to a stop. A few months later, once we had recovered physically, we got to work on a new photo bus, not letting this accident crush our dream. For 8 months we were not able to operate our business. We built our new photo bus and have been back at it! We lost a lot financially, building the new bus, the photo booth integration and we lost out on a lot of bookings and gigs as well. Our passion is to bring fun and exciting experiences to everyone that gets in our vintage photo bus, from graduations, weddings, business openings, corporate events, car shows and much more, and we hope to continue doing this for many years to come.
