We have a promising opportunity to grow our service contract work but we will need to hire a few more field technicians to meet the increased volume of business. This will stress our working capital and likely will not succeed unless we can pay-off a substantial portion of our unsecured credit card debt. We’re proud to be one of a select few woman-owned heating and cooling companies in the Chicagoland area. We’ve been in the heating and air conditioning business for over 31 years as the present owner inheirited the Company from her father. Ability-wise we do all the things other top-tier HVAC companies do, maybe even a bit more. But to really separate ourselves from the pack we concentrate on the customer experience at every level.

Self Identified Competition
There are many HVAC companies in the Chicago Metro area. For instance ABC, Weather Makers, etc. These firms have larger resources than we do. However, due to our strong team of qualfied technicians and past history of quality work we have a strong brand unpon which to build. We have a strong brand of loyal customers and a great staff of loyal and well trained employees. Our satisfied customers is our calling card and it separtes us from our competition.
