Inhouse training to expand installation crews by myself with 14 years of solar experience and with the help of master electricians with solar experience that i have met throughout the years to train and ensure efficiency of all electrical work. Most companies in the solar industry are owned by former solar salesmen who have little to no experience in the field with installations and maintenence, and ultimately just strive to pass inspection and collect a check, then fail to properly install or maintain the systems for the customer, whereas I back all my work with a installation and maintenance warranty and have the ability to go directly to the customer and troubleshoot any future issues that may arise. I have trained and gathered teams of installers and maintenance techs throughout the years, who are all capable of properly training new employees and growing with the company.

  • Self Identified Competition

Alot of my top competitors have recently filed for bankruptcy due to poor quality of work and lack of maintenance. I have put 14 years of my life into learning every single thing i possibly can learn about solar installation, electrical, maintenance, and sales because it was very easy for me to find the passion in it, from doing the work, to helping customers save money, to training people to do the work, i believe i have also sparked alot of passion in others that i will work work with. I plan on doing this the rest of my life, and training the next generation of solar installers. Not just making the money then filing for bankruptcy when things go wrong as my former competitors have done.
