We recently moved into a new location which has been very beneficial for business. I plan to grow my business by continuing to make it accessible to all. Create more local community partnerships. Engaging with big corporations to help create a healthy happier work place. Get school year partnerships to instill health habits and build confidence in our youth. Seven is not just fitness. Seven is taking on the challenge to serve our community from the age of 5 and up. We are not only providing a safe space for all adult to come and move their bodies, but we are also focused on providing a service to children as young as 5 years old. This has never been done before in this capacity. We are a company just about what we can do today, but how we can make an ever lasting impression on our community by continuing to evolve, grow, and learn daily to better serve.

We focus on listening for what we need. Community is the core of who we are. We strive to always provide a safe space for our community and to always help those in need. Over the last 11 months we have raised over $7K in fundraising for local non profits or to aid those in the face of tragedy (school shooting and natural disaster).
