Our goal is to be seen by our need by coffee lovers, create an online precedence to drive e commerce sales as well an expand our hours of operations to an evening setting . Also integrate event catering and event hosting. Tiki Java has been preparing to make itself a brand and we are prepared to move forward. We have studied the marketing required and are ready to push forward to create a self sustained coffee shop with possibility to franchise it self.

no competition within 2 miles , except Starbucks at 1.8 miles We are a cozy feel coffee shop, its a hang out spot and the only cuban coffee shop within our area . ITs a tiki bar feel of a sobers paradise. There are few shops that can compete with us , and their start up cost was extremely high compared to our build out. ROI will be met within a 1 year frame with our current low budget structure.
