Funding Usage
We intend to use the funds to scale and grow the business. The funding will allow us to possibly purchase or lease a commercial space suitable to sell product, a meeting space for new clients, a work space for employees, a space to store install projects, a space to service equipment, and a more efficient space for inbound and outbound shipments. In addition, this would allow use the opportunity to add a rental/production department to our revenue portfolio.

Business Plan
We plan on inventing, buying, or lease a commercial space that will be dedicated in selling AV equipment, a meeting space for new clients, an employee work space, and a warehouse space for install jobs and production events. We would also like to add production gear with a service department and rental shop. I am a son of an Army Vet. I spent may years traveling with my family from base to base, while my father proudly served his Country for 25 years. I am the product of an American Dad and a Korean Mom, who is a US citizen. I learned to put God first, stand up for what is right, work hard every day, be kind to others, love & respect my Country, love my family, and to be thankful for my FREEDOM. When you invest in me, you are investing in all the individuals who invested in me my whole life. The one's that shaped, who I am, and the reason I am passionate about the audio visual industry.

Since that time they have designed and installed Sound Systems, Audio Visual presentation Systems, CCTV and Card Access Systems in commercial businesses. Interface Audio Video provides custom audiovisual technology solutions for conference rooms, ballrooms, classrooms, churches and other commercial business needs in the Charlotte metro area. CO-DA is a professional and custom audio video company. They specialize in designed build projects centered around commercial spaces. My resume outlines 20+ years of experience, achievements, and certifications in the hospitality, retail, events, festival, concert, convention, trade show, house of worship, theater, and corporate audio-visual industry. The knowledge and experiences I gained through many years of hands on training, and industry leaning opportunities, has keep me current on the technical aspects of this rapidly evolving industry.
