We make it easy for people to donate their cabinets or have them picked up from their homes. We have a store where you can see the refurbished items and ask for help with renovations. We also have a website where you can schedule, view, or buy things. We believe in recycling and helping others, so we offer free services and donate to charity to teach and support those who need it. To help with growth we will educate and increase our social media activity. offering informative content and engaging marketing strategies. With expansion and increase in supply, we can gain more customers. by investing in marketing help and partnerships with other local companies. As we reach out to more contractors our supply increases significantly. Kitchens are in every home. They are the most used area, the highest remodeled area, and the most costly area to renovate. Kitchen materials are sadly sent to landfills on a large scale. Granite and cabinets averaging 2 tons per kitchen create a huge amount of waste and pollution to our planet. With the high cost of new kitchen items, offering discounted quality used ones is a successful and growing market. Investing in Full Circle is not only profitable but is a green solution to our climate issues. We solve problems for contractors, designers, homeowners, landlords, and those who can't afford new but still need a kitchen. Eco-friendly, waste diversion, cost saving, time reducing, and overall smart choice when doing a renovation. Also, it opens up resources for recycling in our community and surrounding areas that have no recycling options. The Eastern plains and northern areas have few if any options for disposal other than landfills on the far outer skirts of the state. Being the first company to introduce a recycling and discounted supply option would be financially successful.

The closest competition is over 20 miles away, which would be the REHome store. However, this store does not offer location removal and is not as high quality as we do. In Weld County, we have no direct competition. There is no recycling and no discount supply stores. Our business operates in an area with minimal competition. Our one-day all-in-one service helps both contractors and buyers. We offer free services and highly discounted items that beat all competitors
