Add more trucks in the fleet including purchasing a roll off truck for container rentals and hire employees. Expand authority to at least one other state. My goal is to help my neighborhood in tackling hoarding issues with homeowners and residents. Waste prices are increasing every year and residents are struggling to get rid of their unwanted items which lead into hoarding and the urge to dump illegally where convenient. I want to provide affordable junk removal rates and payment options for customers who can't afford it. My area which is the Poconos are filled with home service businesses who are unreliable and don't take pride in caring for their customers. I have been given high praises from my customers for being professional and reliable with great communication. The only thing I lack is the ability to fund for advertising

Self Identified Competition
In my area we have "We Got Junk LLC", "Affordable Junk Removal" and "Red Line Dumpsters and junk removal". All 3 have and still use a straight box or a trailer to haul junk in the area. "Affordable Junk Removal" seems to be the best option currently in the area with "We Got Junk LLC" at second because they both have better advertising strategies I have probably explained the difference between me and the rest of the competition. I care for the customers, I am reliable and communicate well with them. I am also transparent with information about my service
