The initial phase of the growth plan is acquisition of licenses across all states in the US. I have already started started RFIs with Chase as well as establish growth plans with our current business partners, Bay Equity Home loans, Synergy One Lending, Homeowners Financial Group as as many other clients. Some of our strategies include: - Optatus, LLC will invest sufficient funds into the business to meet all essential business operation requirements. - Adopt effective strategies to promote our brand. - Minimize overhead costs, which increases the bottom-line profit. - Build strategic and symbiotic partnerships with our clients. - Continue to build on our existing client base. - Provide a constant and effective communication link. - Employ competent and experienced staff. The owner of Optatus, LLC (Carlos Duarte) is a military veteran (Col., USAF), a dedicated and hardworking person who serves clients by inspiring, empowering, and giving them confidence through finding solutions to their real estate needs. Under the tutelage and leadership of a well-determined, trained, and united team of management staff, the business is expertly led by a committed person with over 30 years of leadership and mortgage experience. In the early years, HVCC he created his first AMC taking the company to its peak success before it was sold in 2017. At Optatus, LLC, we aim to redefine customer service, speed, and accuracy in the appraisal industry. We possess a highly skilled workforce who can correctly and accurately perform appraisals on properties and know how to reach our target market. We provide valuation certainty through well-organized, accurate appraisal expertise with incomparable customer service. We will also work with small and prominent real estate businesses to achieve greater heights. Self Identified Competition
The landscape of AMCs has significantly changed in the last 2 years. Many smaller AMCs are being acquired by National companies such as Opteon, or Class Appraisals. Where Optatus, LLC is different is our business model, to be national with an employee within the boarders of watch state to address the specific needs of clients and appraisers within that state. This is extremely important to lenders and appraisers. In this industry - customer service, contactable, knowledgeable, LOCAL account representative is vitaly important.
