We plan to grow our business by developing medical training programs aimed for the busy adult. Educating them with the shortest time possible, Helping students get certified in the field of study and by creating a well designed plan in job readiness and job placement assistance program. As a Medical professional and educator for over 20 years I have seen a great demand for trained medical personnel to support Medical practices. We have a team that is dedicated in providing the best quality of education in the surrounding areas. Our goal is to boost the economy by meeting the great demand in the medical field by having small student to instructor ratios that will give students the individual attention they need. Our programs are short (4 months) and focus on the core area of study providing excellent skills practice and real hands on training with an clinical externship program. We are affiliated with the Laredo Health Department and Laredo Medical Center (Hospital) just to name a few. This would qualify the student to meet or exceed the needed requirement to Nationally Test and get certified in the field of study. Once a student is certified we will provide assistance through Job Readiness and Job Placement. This will include Resume writing, interviews skills, online Job Search and more.

Self Identified Competition
Our top 2 competitors are Laredo College and South Texas Training. They are title IV schools and the programs they offer are nine months and longer and students are there full time. The Certificate Programs we offer are completed within 12-16 weeks respectively. We offer a small student to instructor ratio which focuses on the students individuals need. We offer real hands-on training in a real time scenario through our Externship course. Job placement and job readiness is available for an entire year once enrolled. This will allow the student to built confidence in the area applying for and coaching if needed.
