Self Identified Competition
All competitors are landscape and maintenance companies. Bigger competitors have equipment to perform jobs I’m unable to from not having equipment. For example grading and earth moving. Brush clearing. Ability to dig trench for irrigation effectively. Ability to mow larger averages. Tree equipment. Competitors offer services I cannot which makes it harder to grow business. I do want to grow my business, but do not want to do it at expense of customer satisfaction. The clients I have now chose me and stay with me because of quality of work performed. I will strive to do quality over quantity. I communicate with customers to fully understand their exact needs. Follow through with them for length of entire project. I want to be the company that feels like family, not just a fly by night, in and out business. When I complete a job, they will be telling their friends and neighbors about quality of work and will earn more business in community.
