Lets Make It Official Notary Service 82-2196168 | Government Grant Application

Lets Make It Official Notary Service | Application Preview

Lets Make It Official Notary Service is seeking government grants to secure funds primarily for renting and furnishing an office space in an executive building. This dedicated space will replace mobile notary services, allowing clients to visit for all notarial transactions and creating a professional environment to promote the business.

The business plan emphasizes growth through strategic marketing, networking, and nurturing relationships with past clients for referrals. Additionally, there's a focus on assisting local businesses with notarial needs. To ensure financial stability, the owner plans to hire a tax preparer for monthly financial reporting.

The justification for funding highlights the owner’s extensive experience as a notary loan signing agent, with over 200 successful loan signings for various companies. This expertise, combined with membership in the national notary association, positions the business as a trusted option for clients who require professional services, especially considering the challenge of post-closing document signings with local banks.

The owner also brings 20 years of experience as a wedding officiant, having initially worked through the Charleston County Probate Court. The application asserts a unique competitive edge based on knowledge of South Carolina laws, a mobile wedding service, and the absence of a chapel in the area, catering to a niche market of couples seeking weddings in Charleston.

Overall, the funding is seen as a vital step toward establishing a reliable office presence and providing quality services to clients in need of notarial and wedding officiating services.

  • Funding Usage

I would like to use the funds to rent out an office space in an executive building with 1 year of paid in full rental space. I also would like to use the money to furnish the office with supplies, furniture for one side as an office and a room for a wedding chapel. This would help stop the mobile notary services and have people come to my office space for every transaction needed as well as have a location to advertise my business.

  • Business Plan

I plan to grow my business with marketing strategies, attending networking events, revisit past customers for a referral or to help build relationships with past clients to always have a place for them to come to when notarial acts are needed. I also would like to help businesses in the area on a local level to come to my business when they need notarial acts needed. I also plan to hire a tax preparer to do monthly operating reports to give me a scale each month on the trajectory of what needs to be done to stay in the green and to keep elevating. Investors should invest in me because I am a notary loan signing agent who is helping sellers and buyers who are looking for a loan signing agent to successful seal their signatures on loan documents to finalize with their attorney and title company. I have done over 200+ loan signings for signing services, title companies, JG Wentworth settlement cases and an array of companies mobile. It would be nice to have clients come to a professional office space for me to do loan signings as I am a national notary association member for the state of S.C. Many banks do not do post closings on real estate documents. I do with an attorney or title company involved because I am certified. My credentials can be found on signingagent.com. Investors should invest in me because I am a professional 20+ year wedding officiant that started out of the Charleston County Probate Court. I officiate all couples who visited Charleston, SC and wanted to have a courtroom wedding so I was assigned to do them. I love doing weddings! I am trying to stay in business so I can help the public and have a place for people to come to-my business; Lets Make It Official. I'd like to give them professional service with an office space of my very own.

  • Self Identified Competition

N/A I am a past employee who worked in the marriage license division in Charleston, SC, a city where destination weddings are desired. I performed courthouse weddings but due to Covid-19, courthouse weddings are no longer so I am different because I know the laws pertaining in SC with assisting couples from the beginning to the end. I am also different because I am a mobile wedding officiant as if I had an (office wedding chapel), many don't have a chapel in Charleston, SC. I am different also because I am not a general notary. I am a notary loan signing agent-the highest level of notary that can make a lot of money in this industry handling loan documents for attorneys, lenders, brokers, title companies and big industries.
