Self Identified Competition
My competitors are mostly in elderly ages if they have not passed away they are retiring. There is a massive age gap with people in my trade and its showing. Every year there are less and less people doing the crafts making my company even more valuable. I am an on-site working foreman for my company. I choose to work side by side with my workers because I am passionate about my craft. I know this because I have had the ability to work multiple days in a row without taking any time off. I have done as much as 14 months straight without taking a single day off. If there is work to be done My guys and I will be on it.
