(W-9, Trade Agreements, COIs) We are still seeking guidance on how to cover the business from a liability standpoint in regards to contracts and insurance coverage to scale. General Contractor Resources: course material to study for General Contractor Exam. Insurance: Liability insurance and blanket builders risk insurance to cover projects. Operating Capital: Banks require completion of draw amounts requested and issue funds one they are complete and inspected. The inability to float funds for projects to get me to the point to request a draw puts be at a significant disadvantage for entry.
