Joranikus Music Group LLC | Application Preview
Joranikus Music Group LLC is seeking government grants to recover from lost studio revenue due to COVID-19 and to expand the business. The funding will enable the purchase of new equipment, enhance the quality of their products, and ultimately attract more subscribers.
The business plan focuses on growing the Patreon subscriber base through improved and more enticing content. In-person events and conferences are also on the agenda, alongside plans to develop additional recording studios.
The grant application emphasizes the achievements of the studio over three years, highlighting its reputation for hosting top artists and its potential to lead in studio tour lodging. The owner has cultivated industry knowledge and has established successful revenue streams while maintaining minimal overhead costs.
The applicant views potential competitors as collaborators rather than threats, suggesting a willingness to partner for mutual growth. They highlight their unique position by offering lodging and attracting prominent artists within a short operational timeframe.
A key competitive advantage lies in the applicant's commitment to honesty, transparency, and support for struggling musicians. Recent community engagement, such as a song contest where proceeds were donated, showcases their dedication to helping others rather than solely focusing on profit. This compassionate approach is core to their business philosophy.

Business Plan
I plan to continue growing the subscriber base of my Patreon through improved content and more sought after information. I also plan to travel for more in-person events and conferences and also expand to build more recording studios. I have accomplished a lot in just three years. My studio has hosted some of the top artists in the world and if I am able to expand the business model, could be the leading brand in studio tour lodging. I have also been able to learn the music industry and become successful enough to teach others who desire my input which led to a revenue stream of over $2k per month within 7 months and with no overhead costs.

Self Identified Competition
I don't see competition in the field I am in. Anyone who could be considered a competitor I see as someone I can collaborate with to grow both of our businesses as I have done in the past. There will also be competition among studios, but few have offered lodging and successfully hosted top artists after only a few months of operation and with no backing. I have a long standing reputation for being honest, transparent, and gracious. My entire business and brand is based around helping people - specifically struggling musicians. Yesterday I held a song contest and donated all of my earnings to my community members. One of these members replied that "he could finally donate to his friend with cancer" after my giveaway. I am not building my business purely to make money. I am always trying to do what I can to help others.
