I would use this funding to expand my business into a recreational dispensary. Examples would be the construction and security measures to make it the way the state wants it, getting the products to sell and the equipment necessary to run it properly. Also the license fee that is required to be able to operate it.

Business Plan
Recreational use has just passed in my state and there are only 3 local medical dispensaries in my area. I feel that I could help the state make money by opening this dispensary in the location I am in. I am located at a very heavy populated traffic area. My location is ideal for customers that are looking to purchase the type of product I am looking to sell. I have already had multiple calls and customers say that once I am allowed to be a recreational dispensary they would shop here before going to the other locations in the area.

Self Identified Competition
I really am not able to compete with the dispensaries in my area due to not being medical. With that being said, I have no other close CBD competitors in my area. My customers that stop in have told me that they would prefer to shop my location due to the lack of professionalism and customer service from the dispensary in my area. I strive to be pleasant and educational to my customers and would make sure that stays top priority.
