To continue to develop my program to assist students in attaining their goal and develop a strong educational background to provide excellent care to patients . I have been growing and developing my program for 9 years and it has grown and become excellent. I have 99 google reviews at a 5 star rating. I never stop trying to improve and make the program better I care for the students that come through my program. People that struggle with the English language, we go above and beyond to help them pass the exam. It's not just a business to make money it is a passion and I care about each person that walks in my door. My support goes beyond graduation. During these trying times students are having a difficult time paying for the program. I have provided personal scholarships for each class, but am limited to my ability to do that.

Self Identified Competition
I was the only CNA school in Sonoma County for 7+ years and had a very good repetition. Two schools have popped up in the past year and they have gotten grants and funding and are able to offer free classes. My enrollment fees are less than their fees initially but now with free classes, many of my students are leaving to go to the other program. I have committed my life to helping these students and would like to continue. We help each and every student at there level and provide support in the area of their weaknesses. Students with language barriers are given extra time, private study groups and if they don't pass the first time we provide continued support until they do. Graduation doesn't end our relationship. I help in any way I can, writing letters of recommendation, job placement. During the program I have developed a google classroom for learning. In the Classroom I have posted all the videos that we developed personally for our students to practice at home, study material, practice exams, flashcards. Everything we do is help each and every student succeed. Our 5 stars reviews tells everything.
