GiGi's will develop a strong brand identity, reflecting its vibrant atmosphere and unique offerings. This will be achieved through an engaging website, active social media presence, targeted advertising campaigns, and collaborations with local influencers. The aim is to create buzz and generate anticipation for both brunch, soul food, and bar experiences. You should invest me because I’ve been trying to open up a restaurant since I was the age of 17. When I was 17 I don’t think I had enough experience But now I’m ready. I’ve been working in brunch restaurants for the last 6 years. The knowledge that I have gained from traveling and working in different operations like D.C., New York, Chicago, Florida, etc. All the knowledge that I have grabbed from working in different states. I can combine it and bring it to brunch in Richmond. I learned from a lot of people and have mentors. I want to be voted the number one spot brunch whole state of Virginia. That’s some big shoes.

I don’t think I have a lot of competitors because asking the community of Richmond. Everyone always says there are not a lot of bunch spots in Richmond, and that is a fact. And if it is, it’s nothing like fine dining. That’s where I come in to play where I can offer fine dining. What makes me different from my competition? My business is gonna be a spot that you cannot miss and you going to tell your friends and family. Just imagine this from the outside I will have roses spelling my business name. And you will be greeted by a nice host. Where the table will have a gold lamp, fake trees separating each booth, with nice natural lighting, with roses on the wall in the ceiling. Serve your food on a fake wooden plate where it feels like you’re at the park eating brunch with your friends and family.
