I have taken over many jobs where I had not won the initial bid, but when they failed to continue to make the client happy. Very few of my competitors will even deal with the newer technologies that are emerging into the market. Rarely do I ever see them at vendor trainings. I do have a network of local installers that I use when their specialties require it as well as am a resource to them for the IT and design sides of their own installations.
