Kreiner's Handyman eTc LLC | Application Preview
Kreiner's Handyman eTc LLC is seeking government grants to fund the purchase of property in East Tennessee, where they plan to develop a mini farm dedicated to education and events. The funding will be used to acquire the land, obtain necessary equipment for maintenance, and construct additional buildings.
In the first year, the business will focus on hosting events such as weddings and reunions while developing a woodworking shop to create custom tables. They aim to acquire animals to manage day-to-day farm operations and cultivate partnerships with local special needs organizations to provide inclusive experiences.
By the second year, they plan to invite local school groups for educational tours, exploring topics related to agriculture and local ecosystems. In the third year, the initiative will transition to teaching teenagers practical skills, including survival techniques and hands-on building projects.
In years four and five, the goal is to create a supportive environment for inner-city youth, offering outdoor experiences that reduce technology reliance. Participants will learn survival skills, engage in farming duties, and develop a sense of purpose.
The application emphasizes that funding is an investment in community development and youth empowerment. It highlights the diminishing sense of responsibility among young people due to technological distractions and aims to foster the next generation of leaders. The business claims to face little competition in this niche and believes the existing programs do not adequately meet the community's needs. Their competitive advantage lies in addressing the growing demand for youth engagement in meaningful, hands-on activities.

Business Plan
Year 1 Starting with events, weddings, reunions, wood working shop to make custom tables. Build additional building for additional space for events. Buy animal's to start the process of daily farm responsibilities. Establish relationships with local special needs organizations to allow additional space and purpose for those with special needs. Year 2 start the process of local schools touring the farm and the process of agricultural responsibilities, walk the forest and identify tree species, animals and insects. Year 3 start the process of educating teens in day to day responsibilities, building things with your hands, basic survival, and finding or recognizing purpose. Years 4 and 5 and beyond. Establish a safe place for inner city troubled youth. Getting them in the outdoors, with limited access to technology, learning things from survival in the wilderness to cutting down a tree to make something your proud of, fishing, hunting, taking care of agricultural responsibilities. The question here isn't investing in me. It's investing in an opportunity to serve the community. To promote community building bringing people together for the betterment of the community. It's investing in the next generation of leaders, a generation that is so bombarded by technology that the basics of day to day responsibilities are being lost, the sense of purpose is being diluted and in some cases deleted. It's investing in a community of those that need a care giver a place to come and enjoy the outdoors and agriculture.

Self Identified Competition
There is really only one competitor in this field and thats yourself. Cliche? Probably, but it's the truth! Knowing that there are programs out there for what we're trying to do. To the point there isn't enough for the amount of youth needs. The sense of purpose is being diluted at a rapid rate. The more opportunities that youth have to establish a sense of responsibility and day to day life without technology, the stronger and more resilient leaders we can build for the future of this country.
