Business Plan
This first year will be the hardest but I am trying to put a team together that I can train and depend on to do grade A quality work . the second year I will have my team and through word of mouth and advertisement , internet, and social media I plan to double my first year revenue. Third year branch out to commercial work with hotels and surrounding businesses. Fourth year I plan to open another business with the waste management group repairing and painting their trucks and waste bends. By the fifth year I plan to open up a home based business for fishermen and boating recreation. I started out doing this type of work in jr high helping my boss frame houses from there as an adult I learned finish work such as cabinets and crown and base shoe . I managed condos where I got tied in with some wealthy clients who gave me advice along the way . I have been in several different fields of work from building powerlines during Katrina to offshore in the oilfield. I've always worked hard but as a kid I made some bad decisions that messed up alot in my life. Now that I have a kid my perspective on life has changed and so have I . I have been working to get things back in order and with this grant. Only death will stop me from achieving my goals. Please help me with this opportunity to create a better life for my child than I was given. Thanks in advance

And if my competitor needs help I'll do my best to help them and just hope they would do the same but when I help people I dont expect nothing in return . it's just what people should do. I believe in doing people right and my jobs will not be left without customer satisfaction. Other than that nothing . I put my pants on one foot at a time
