Both of us have humble beginnings; my husband hails from Cuba and started working at 14, while I come from a background where my father is from Puerto Rico and my mother from Mississippi. We have consistently had to demonstrate our capabilities to excel in our roles.

We are self-taught individuals who began at the bottom and worked our way up. Coming from humble beginnings, we value each customer, providing exceptional customer support and service. We recognize that without customers, there is no business. To keep costs low, I operate from a small home office without any overhead expenses. When hiring my first employee, I aim to recruit someone with experience, whether they are a veteran of the industry or have served in the military.
