Restoring areas of Mississippi and Ohio, that investors commonly skip over. In 5 years, we plan to have at least 2 more employees, helping us save time and find deals faster and more efficiently. Myself and my business partner started this business 3 years ago with $2,000. Since then, we have purchased 5 properties, and profited over $300,000. All the while most of that time serving this country and working. There is not a single project thus far that we have not had a significant gain. This is because of our experience, and research skills. Our ability to study the market and know exactly the times to buy, hold, and sell. We are young and energized, passionate, and have a family to work for. There is not a single day we are not planning out next step in Real Estate Success. Most importantly, we are kind hearted, and have end goals of giving back to the community and others that need it. We plan to teach, and invest in others as well. We value community and relationships. DNA Properties, achieving goals doesn't only help DNA Properties, but our the people around us, and others that are not fortunate to own homes or have affordable housing.     Our only competition has been other investors. If they have more on hand capitol, more history, more networking, they can sometimes be quicker to seal the deal on a job we might want. Honestly, thus far, we have purchased and followed through with every single job we chose. So, we have yet to see some real competition. We do believe this has to do with our keen eye in recognizing win deals that other investors can not. When it comes to competition, we realize, most people are quick to "pull the trigger" on Real Estate. Not recognizing the timing of the market. Myself and my partner are patient, and analytical. Keeping up with current government workings by searching news information, studying other countries and how they are moving in relation to the United States. This has allowed us to make ALL the right moves so far in Real Estate. Our passion for helping others drives us to make sure we make the right choices. We have accelerated extremely fast, and often find ourselves speaking an elevated language from our competition. Others may have more experience in the field, but we often find we have more knowledge and wisdom. Separating us from everyone else within this business.
