Amlani CS LLC operates through Turo, emphasizing a customer-centric approach that aims to provide better service than traditional rental companies, which are often criticized for their high prices and poor customer experiences.

In terms of competition, Amlani CS LLC acknowledges the presence of both fellow Turo hosts and large corporations. However, it believes its size and agility give it a competitive advantage, allowing for lower overhead costs and a more personalized service that appeals to customers.

Business Plan
The charming city of Dallas is attracting more and more people to visit every year. The vast majority of tourist doesn't afford the rental cars with reasonable pricing. We Turo provide most reliable and guest centric cars so the guests can easily move around the city. The potential for this car renting business is booming and the future will be more brighter as rental companies have their corporate greed where they're not for provide quality service. Last time I myself rented a SUV and had really bad experience. Once you deal with the person, your host with small business; they definitely would like to go above a beyond to give you quality service. Any society who promotes the small business will thrive and the money will circulate within the community. More money means more business. More business means better quality of life in general. In the next phase we would like to create new jobs for the community. Increase our network to get better in what we are doing and what we will be doing for our own community. The grant will be fully utilize to gain the maximum benefits out of our business. The model itself is working very well around the globe and many small entrepreneur are looking forward to get involved in something that works with less capital than any other franchises. The franchises are failing due to new ecommerce model where everything is available of the palm of hands. Food, grocery, clothing and now even big ticket items like cars are available for sale online. The chances for the Rental business failing is slim to none.

Self Identified Competition
There're so many aspect of this question, if you're asking about same people like us who are working with Turo... we don't know them but the demands on the market is increasing day by day. If you are talking about Big Corporations then yeah they are their but they have overhead which won't allow them to compete with our size business. We as a small business owners wants to thrive and survive. We are currently in survival mode but once the grant will be released we will be thriving along with the community who will benefit directly or indirectly from us.
