PBP Web Design | Application Preview
PBP Web Design is seeking government grants to fund job creation and enhance local marketing and advertising efforts. The proposed funding aims to facilitate the development of new roles within the company, enabling the owner to focus on broader business strategies such as joining networking groups and maintaining community connections. This support will also assist in producing websites, graphics, and educational content for local tech classes.
The business plan spans five years, starting with an emphasis on building relationships and community presence through networking and advertising. In the initial two years, the focus will be on establishing connections, while the following three years will involve nurturing existing relationships and maintaining ongoing communication about services and educational opportunities.
The rationale for grant approval emphasizes economic benefits, highlighting a commitment to educate and empower both new and established business owners. Unlike typical competitors who simply provide web design services, PBP Web Design intends to offer an educational care plan, setting itself apart by being responsive and supportive to clients and the community.
The company's competitive edge lies in its dedication to nurturing relationships and community involvement, believing that mutual success is the key to their growth and impact.

Funding Usage
Funding would be used for creation of new jobs/careers and creating new marketing and advertising for our local communities. With the creation of new jobs this would help with segmenting the roles within the company allowing myself to work ON the business by joining Networking groups, our local Chamber of Commerce and nurturing new relationships while I have a team working IN the business with the development of websites, graphics, and helping with putting together the educational content needed to host classes in tech for our local area.

Business Plan
The first two years would be to gain exposure and begin building new relationships. We would do this in a combination of ways including, networking, advertising locally and via social media outreach. Years three - five would be nurturing these new relationships along with our current ones to expand on our already eager clientele. We would do this by maintaining constant communications and by providing updates periodically in regards to their services, our support and upcoming educational supporting opportunities we plan on hosting in the local community. Ultimately it helps our economy. We want to provide an opportunity to educate and empower business owners both startup and established with tech and how it can help them succeed in both business and their own personal lives.

Self Identified Competition
I am more of a collaborator really. In fact I have helped two other web design companies get their start outside my own. But I do understand the question/request. Mainly all web designers in my area act the same. Sell, build and done. They are all great builders don't get me wrong however, none of them offer an educational care plan that we want to begin offering that would be a game changer in our industry. More so, just have a company be there. Too many times I get told the same story. Found a designer only to have them never pick up the phone when a customer calls. We are different in the sense we want to be there for not just our clients but for the entire community. Simply put we Nurture and educate our relationships. We only win when our client and community wins.
