After purchasing a semi trailer to add to my company I'll be able to lock in a more consistent schedule weekly. This will allow me to generate more revenue, purchase more semi trucks and trailers down the line, and then higher drivers as we expand. Once this happens I'll be able to bid on the bigger contracts and establish a great partnership with a big logistics company. Transportation is a huge essential industry that is always in high demand. I have over 6 years of experience in the industry, with now one year as a company owner in transportation. I've done a lot of research on the ups and downs of this industry so I feel I'm well prepared to be able to handle whatever comes my why, while still being able to progress. And overall I'm just highly motivated to succeed for my family.

In this industry there's not really a top 3 competitors type of situation. The work you do is based on the size of your fleet, and these days even the bigger companies still needs assistance from the small businesses to keep up with transportation needs. There's always more from the trucks available. I've never really been given anything or have ever had much in life, so I was taught the benefits of hard work at a very young age. Because of my upbringing I never see failure as an option which is always the driving force to keep me focused. That and making sure I take care of my family is where my motivation comes from, and to me it's easier to succeed when you're motivated by needs instead of wants. So I'm different because this isn't something I'm trying to do; this is what I need, and will do to provide for my family!
