The “F.I.B.EShop”, which is a combo shop that houses a barbershop and barber Supply under one roof. There is no competitor offering such service. The F.I.B.EShop, as its niche and staple service, will introduce "UV-C lighting" for germicidal purposes and "FastLane Service", which allows registered FastLane customers to go ahead of those customers with no appointment. The F.I.B.EShop will be the first for this service in the Indianapolis metropolitan and surrounding areas. The "UV-C" light has been used in airports to minimize disease spreAd and scientifically proven to kill bacteria, viruses and other germ causing diseases at the cellular level. This added service will greatly improve the health and safety welfare of customers during this pandemic. The F.I.B.EShop FASTLANE service will allow those customers who have tight schedules consistently due to work or other responsibilities, customer's employer specific grooming guidelines, as well as, customer's who simply enjoy the benefit of having FASTLANE when they need it.

Great Clips- National Franchise barbershop. From my research over the past year, there service model is volume base, decent prices and BOGO specials. However, quality of Barber service is not consistent or at par. Super Cuts- National Franchise barbershop. From my research over the past year, there service model is very similar to Great Clips. Their prices are decent and they run TV ad specials to gain customers. However, due to quality of Barber service, their customer retention is mediocre, thus more money has to be spent in ads and circulation of coupons in the mail. Neighborhood Barbershops- These shops are usually staples in the community with a loyal customer base. Prices are fair and high quality of barbering service is consistent amongst all barbers in the barbershop. However, there can be long waits, insufficient seating and only one way to pay, which is cash. Advertising is word of mouth, so business expansion is difficult, if any. F.I.B.E LLC "F.I.B.EShop” will lead the way in high quality barber service, safety and time conscience service. The implementation of UV-C lighting and FastLane service will be the biggest differentiating factors. UV-C light has greater efficacy properties for killing bacteria and viruses than Lysol or other disinfecting sprays/gels. The FastLane service is an added measure to ensure customers who rely on “short to no wait” barber service to receive quality service on time!
