We plan to have a permanent location and open a barbque restaraunt. We would also like to have a central location to offer a wide variety of catering services. We live in a very low socio-economic area that has very little economic oppurtunities for the community. This would be a great place for local people to dine in as well as provide job oppurtunites for local citizens.

Self Identified Competition
We have two local restaraunts in our area. Possum Holler Pizza and Mi Rancho Mexican restaruant. Currently, there are no other barbeque restaurants. We are local citizens, well known in the public. We will offer a variety of food that is not offered in any other location near us.
