All The Things We Love 32081380373 | Government Grant Application

All The Things We Love | Application Preview

All The Things We Love is applying for government grants to support the establishment of a creative space in Lubbock. The funding will be used primarily for equipment and rent. The detailed equipment budget totals $17,989.61 and includes essential items like refrigerators, mixers, pans, and worktables. The business seeks to secure six months of rent, estimated at $30,000, as it aims to create a welcoming atmosphere in a high-traffic location.

The business plan outlines several key initiatives. First, location scouting will focus on finding a suitable venue, followed by a marketing campaign to build brand awareness through social media, local advertising, and collaborations with local bakers. Introductory cake decorating classes will be offered to attract customers and gauge interest, while a boutique selling party gifts and themed merchandise will enhance the shopping experience.

Community engagement is a priority, with plans to host various events, workshops, and fundraisers. All The Things We Love aims to establish a strong online presence and contribute to the local community through charitable partnerships and volunteer efforts.

The application emphasizes the unique opportunity to create a space in Lubbock that supports creativity and social interaction, filling a gap in the local market currently dominated by offerings like pottery painting. By focusing on cake decorating and broadening the types of creative classes, All The Things We Love aims to become a valued destination and contribute positively to the community’s growth. The founder's deep local roots and genuine passion for the project further strengthen the appeal for funding.

Being born and raised in Lubbock I have seen the expansion and growth and I want to be a part of that. This is something Lubbock has never seen before and would have a successful welcome. The idea of having a creative space for parties and events is something Lubbock is in desperate need of during this era of growth. The name All the Things We Love might be a mouthful to say but I promise it was purposely picked out based on the fact that I want to share with the people in my community all the things I love and am passionate. I need help to provide a fun, positive, and creative place for all kinds of people and groups to come together and express themselves in a unique creative way.

  • Self Identified Competition

There is currently nothing like All The Things We Love in Lubbock. The closest thing is Clay Cafe but they focus on painting pottery and are not event and party-based. All The Things We Love, LLC focuses on cake decorating parties and cake decorating classes but I want it to be a creative space for all kinds of things and classes, not limiting this business and its opportunities.
