Business Plan
My plan to help grow the business over the next 5 years is to offer quarterly training classes for ages 8 to 18 years old, there will be seasonal basketball clinics, and summer clinics. Also, there will be a monthly membership offered to individuals who are interested in shooting on the shoot-away machine. th I have been training athletes in basketball for over 15 years and with my experience and knowledge, along with my expertise in developing players this investment in my business is what i I need to help take my business to the next level. Also, there is a need for this type of quality training and parents are not able to find it anywhere. In addition, which is so important the investment in my business will provide me with an opportunity to excel in what I am currently doing and provide me with an opportunity to really expand and grow my business. Lastly, I constantly have schedule challenges where I currently lease court time. With my own facility, I can offer so much more to my current clients and for my new clients.

Self Identified Competition
Just Hoops REP Fieldhouse These two businesses are my only competitors, but the detail and specification of individual player development they essentially do not focus on. They focus on team and group training more than anything else. My ability to develop players and provide them with offensive basketball skills that will allow them to be very successful on the court. Also, my shooting knowledge and shooting program essentially makes me extremely different than the competitors. I have a shooting program that has developed some of the best shooters in the state of Ohio.
