Business Plan
Plan to increase number of direct care staff from 2 personnel to 20 personnel. This will allow for the treatment of 20-25 clients. Providers also plan to add additional services such as therapeutic consultation services to individuals who have Medicaid DD Waiver. The number of individuals diagnosed with Autism in the U.S. is increasing and 1 in 36 children are diagnosed in 2023 with Autism. With a total of over 75 million people, have autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in the United States. Current providers in the New River area have waitlist for clients and children are going without services. Which has a negative impact on these children and their families. Applied behavior analysis is an evidence based practice that is effective in helping individuals with Autism increase social skills, self-care skills, and assists parents in learning skills that they can utilize to help their children as they become adults.

Self Identified Competition
Compass, Supportive Care ABA, Therapeutic Alliance Other providers such as Therapeutic Alliance has licensed supervisors that are only available via telehealth, which negatively impacts training of direct care staff and results in substandard care and services. Other providers such as Compass only provider services in clinic, and Support Care ABA providers only in home services. When services are implemented in one setting, it can result in clients not learning how to perform skills with multiple people or in different settings. For example client will utilize language with therapist but not at home with parents. In home services has challenges in working on social skills with peers, due to lack of opportunities to interact with peers. Rainhow Hands will provide a mixture of in home and clinic based services that will result in clients generalizing skills. Rainbow hands will have a personalized care approach to each client that is individualized for each clients needs.
