Wild West Wireless Internet Services LLC 83-2607454 | Government Grant Application

Wild West Wireless Internet Services LLC | Application Preview

Wild West Wireless Internet Services LLC is applying for government grants to fund the establishment of seven internet towers in rural areas, aiming to provide affordable internet access. The requested funds will cover the purchase of electronic equipment, cables, housing units, tower infrastructure, fiber optic connections, and hire a small team.

The business plan outlines a five-year strategy to reinvest profits into expanding tower coverage in underserved rural regions, addressing the growing demand for affordable internet services. The appeal for funding emphasizes the positive impact on the rural community, as the proposed internet towers will be located where larger competitors like Verizon, Bolt, and CenturyLink have overlooked or overpriced their services.

Wild West Wireless positions itself as a cost-effective alternative, offering superior internet speeds and customer service. The company plans to provide internet speeds ranging from 25 MB to 100 MB at competitive rates between $40 and $80 per month, significantly lower than its competitors. Future plans include adding phone and local TV services, as well as expanding to 5G and higher internet speeds.

  • Funding Usage

I am seeking funding to start up the business for 7 towers in the rural areas so that people can have affordable internet. The grant will be used to buy the electronics equipment, cables, housing units, tower equipment, fiber optic connection from another company and a few employees.

  • Business Plan

How to plan to grow my business in the next 5 years would be to use the profits to re-invest back into the company so I can build more rural towers for hard to reach rural areas to satisfy a growing need of affordable internet. The reason why they should invest in my company is because I will have a plan that benefits the rural community. The internet towers (WISPS) will be in places where my competition either refuses to expand in the areas or charge prices that only benefits them and not the customers. An added benefit that I have for my customers is that the equipment I will be using will have an excellent range, better speeds and wonderful customer service.

  • Self Identified Competition

My top 3 competitors are Verizon, Bolt and Centurylink. The 3 companies I mentioned either cost consumers to much money; such as, giving the consumers low speeds at a very high price e.g. Bolt charges customers $150 a month for 25MB speed, Century Link charges $65 a month 3 MB speed. My short term plan is to get the customers 25 MB up to 100 MB speed that customers will be paying monthly between $40 to $80. Long term I plan to add phone services, local tv services, 5G, higher internet speeds, etc...
