Funding Usage
I will utilize funding to complete the build out process, as well as begin the merchandising aspect and ultimately begin the launch of the shows I aim to produce.

Business Plan
After completing the build out of the project, I will launch a youtube channel where I will feature reaction, video game walkthroughs, video blogging and other forms of content yet to be determined. Launching correctly will involve consistently uploading content on a regular schedule to build an audience. Within 2 years I aim to be a growing channel. Once established on youtube, I will launch a merchandising venture which will feature apparel, accessories and branded gear. In addition, I would like to develop my own brand of video productions for the public. I have been conceptualizing, designing, and creating this project for over 10 years. Personally funding the project has been no easy feat. I am beginning to think that I will never get the project off the ground unless I can secure some sort of funding to complete what I have begun.

Self Identified Competition
Any popular youtuber could be considered a competitor. All have achieved success by employing some type of unique feature, logo, design, or layout of what they display in their content. Ultimately, they upload content on a regular schedule consistently. Those who can continue this, ultimately build a loyal following. I have designed an incredibly beautiful and unique backdrop which will be featured in all of my videos. Segmented so that different sections can be utilized for different types of content. My charisma and charm are sure to attract viewers. And even those who don't necessarily like what i may portray, will assuredly be amazed by the backdrop i have created. My pets will also be featured recurring characters.
