Hello, I am women’s owned business and I am looking to be a pioneer in the home services. The MosquitoNix Franchise has three lines of revenue. I will use this funding to for the franchise fee and development of the business. It will be used for training, marketing, equipment etc. The territory serve middle Tennessee from Robertson, Sumner and Davidson counties. I will five back to the community and donate resources to local parks and recreational areas.

Business Plan
The business model is based on annual reoccurring revenue. The average install is $2,000-$3,000 and a monthly maintenance fee of $130. All marketing and closing of sales are done by the home office so the overhead is low and the margin is high. Last year’s Florida location grossed $1.5 million with 5 employees. The service is unique and provides a permanent misting system and is the only one in the market. I moved to Tennessee to give our toddler a home. After purchasing our home I want to start the next chapter of our lives and be a small business owner. I want to give back to the community I call home. I also plan to partner with schools and local recreation and donate resources. I have worked in Leadership at Nordstrom, Apple and a startup called Sugarfina. I have over 20 years experience with customer service, technology and have taught multiple selling and leadership classes.
