Start to move away from word of mouth marketing and invest in online marketing, SEO, targeted email campaigns to increase visibility. As the drone industry evolves I will stay up to date on new equipment, software and regulations to offer the latest technologies to my clients. Develop a training/mentorship program through the local technical school to get them certified to commercially operate drones and give them the opportunity to work with me. The drone industry is experiencing significant growth and is projected to continue expanding in the coming years, lots of upside and room for growth. Drones have a wide range of applications across various industries such as real estate, construction, agriculture and filmmaking making it a great company for multiple revenue streams. All of these industries are experiencing huge growth in my area of operation.

  • Self Identified Competition

    There is really only one well known and marketed company that would be my competition and they specialize mostly in the real estate videography aspect of drone services offered. Seems like a small company, maybe just a couple that owns and operates the business. They have a great website showing off their work but no pricing information. Another potential competitor would be a college student with a drone service business on the side. Generic website with not much info. The last potential competitor is an older gentleman that runs a flight school and seems to do the drone services as more of a hobby. It will not take much time to obtain market share in this area. I have a unique skill set and work ethic. My from my experience as an army medic brings a high level of discipline, attention to detail and problem solving skills that can be invaluable for running and maintaining a successful business. I have the ability to handle high pressure situations and ensure the safety and well being of my team, clients and myself. My time in sales since I ended my army service in late 2018 has built and sharpened my interpersonal skills. I have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills that help me effectively connect with clients to understand their needs and deliver customer service they will rave about. My customer service will lead to repeat business and positive referrals.
