Sabrina Louise LLC | Application Preview
Sabrina Louise LLC is seeking government grants to support its advertising efforts, focusing on a budget of approximately $48,000 annually. The company plans to collaborate with SocialSEO, a top-rated online advertising agency, expecting a positive return on investment and advertising spend within three to four months.
The business aims to shift its model from a print-on-demand service, which, while cost-effective, limits growth potential. The new strategy involves creating original apparel using premium materials, ensuring that the products truly reflect the brand. Additionally, there are plans to enter the furniture market, offering upholstered pieces and wood carvings based on unique designs.
Sabrina emphasizes her passion for design and her entrepreneurial spirit, expressing that her success would not only fulfill her dreams but also benefit her community and family.
In terms of competition, she identifies businesses like HPA Designs, AloHawaii, and Polynesian Print, noting their strengths and weaknesses. However, Sabrina believes her unique approach—a blend of tribal and Polynesian patterns that are original and copyright-protected—gives her a competitive advantage. Her user-friendly website enables direct sales, distinguishing her from competitors that rely on third-party platforms.

Funding Usage
Funding will be used primarily for advertising. I've spoken to a number of advertising agencies and their fixed costs plus ad spend is approximately $48,000 annually. My plan is to sign on with SocialSEO. They're the top ranked online advertising company multiple years running. And after my conference with them this past week, I'm confident that we can see a positive ROI and ROAS 3-4 months after starting.

Business Plan
My goal is to shift business models. Currently, I'm using a print-on-demand service which significantly lowers overhead costs. But it is very limiting. The plan is to design the actual apparel and use premium fabrics so that all items sold are actually my brand and not simply my design on a basic article of clothing. Further, my goal is to move into the furniture industry. Upholstery and wood carvings of my designs are what I would like to see on dining tables/chairs, accent furniture, sofas, and the like. Of course, entering the furniture industry requires much larger overhead costs. My current print-on-demand business will help me get there. It's difficult to say why investors should invest in me. The only thing I can say is that I'm just like any other entrepreneur. I have a dream to see my goals become reality. I have a passion for drawing these designs and I want to show them to the world. I want to see consumers purchasing my products and loving them. And success for myself means success for my community and my family. I'd like to use my success as a way to guide and help those I love and care about.

Self Identified Competition
HPA Designs sells on etsy primarily. They combine tribal designs with sports teams. They do not have a website AloHawaii can be found on google shopping. They have their own website with a large number of items for sale with a wide range. Polynesian Print is very similar to AloHawaii in the way they sell and in their website structure. My business is unique in that the designs I make are hybrid tribal/Polynesian patterns. Each of my designs are named and tell a story. Typically they take the shape of life forms and natural patterns. My designs are all under copyright and are not seen anywhere else. My website is simple and easy to navigate. I sell directly through my website and not a 3rd party.
