Tiny Rebels WA WA childcare We are a non profit centered on serving clients who simply can not find or afford fee for service childcare. We intend to serve 90% DHHS clients from our county. We will be the only infant & toddler centered center in the area. Infants and toddlers are the dememographic most in need due to the increased staffing ratio of 4:1 as most in home providers simply can not afford to hire the additional staff.
