Business Plan
Within the next 5 years we plan to open up a second location but in Florida. We currently have 2 crews here in Indiana. We also have select sub contractors for different trades that we use. We are currently hiring to expand our number of crews. We have also been researching and networking the Florida area. We are looking at Ormond Beach since that isnt quite so populated. We have business friends down there who say it is prime construction area. We plan to start another office down there and have about 4 crews. We are a rapidly growing business. Our numbers improve every year. If we are able to get this money that is faster that we can complete the 3 current projects we have and we can then reinvest back into the company to expand.

Self Identified Competition
As of right now we don's really have any competitors. Most of my work is obtained by word of mouth or through my investors. We are very much family owned and ran. My husband is the general contractor. My father in law is the wisdom and experience of the company. Together they have 40 years experience. Our crew leaders are father and son. When our clients meet with us they feel like family. We make you feel important like family. Because they are very important! If it wasn't for clients then we couldn't support our families! We have several non investor clients who have returned for multiple projects.
