In year 1 I would like to establish my business within the local and surrounding community. Year 2 I would like to be sure to have a brand that the local community has grown to know and trust Year 3 by year 3 I would like to expand into more complex services and more tailored housekeeping tasks. Years 4 and 5 I would still consider the learning and growing phases of running a business but by years 4 and 5 I’d like the office to become passive income so I may start another business. I am driven to becoming a successful entrepreneur, my business is not only needed but practical and professional it is also a necessity for family’s of all dynamics. It is a profitable industry and with years of management experience under my belt my projections (with proper funding) are profitable.

There are many local people who are housekeepers. In the area that I reside my top 3 competitors would be local LLC owners, commercial cleaning companies and lastly franchises such as merry maids , Molly maids and the like. My business differs due to the fact that we personalize and tailor our services to meet individual customer needs. We offer a lifestyle change through a. Neat and tidy space. Our motto is “Show Hudziks the mess and we’ll handle the rest”
