Business Plan
Currently, I provide photography services. I would like to make a shift to teaching photography and helping others learn and launch their own businesses. I would also like to start programs for youth within our community helping them learn more, gain experience and dive deeper into the business side of photography. In the last 5 years, I have built my small business from the ground up. I am a mom of 5, an African-American, and a woman. My business has brought me so much success. Through this business, I have learned more than I could ever put into words. From social media management, advertising, project and time management, photography, editing, client communication, gear knowledge and much more, I have learned so much about myself, what photography can do for people, how resilient I am, and at the end of the day, how unique I am as an individual; my businesses core is me and that is something worth celebrating and investing in. It is hard to come by artistic people who are eager to share their knowledge and experiences with future generations in their line of work. I am ready.

Self Identified Competition
Photography has quickly become a saturated market and I continue to be one of the top recommendations within my town. However, my biggest competition is myself. Day in and day out. As I perviously mentioned, I am a mother to 5 beautiful children. I am a wife. I am African American. My roots run deep when it comes to agriculture. I am a one of a kind. I do not define myself based off my labels. I only create my own identity and find ways to excel -- no matter what task is at hand. My honesty, knowledge, ability to bring my own visions to life and client rapport is what puts me in my own lane.
