Mid-State Investment Properties has been growing from day one and in our five year plan we are in the works of a new contracts with some area business of doing there Property Management and singing year to year leases and this will provide new monthly revenue. Also in Expanding in the future we are looking at expanding into new Markets and we are looking to be offering our services in a few new states in the future with some of our existing customers who operate in other states and markets. Mid-State Investment Properties Has not asked for any Grants ever. other than business credit and business loans in which we have never defaulted on. We are looking for someone who believes in a business and there aspects. We are small today but that could change tomorrow. We provide a service and we stand behind our work and we work to provide the best service to our customers and when life throws obstacles at us we make a way to keep going and right now were asking for help we have survived the 2020 Year and were still going just needing to get through this hump and that is why were asking for this help. investors will not be disappointed as we can show that we are doing our daily job and working with our customers who are struggling as well and in this together we all can get through this positively.
