I see a huge need for the business in our community. There is not another boxing gym in the immediate area and several counties will have access to our facility. I plan to purchase a boxing ring to increase membership and eventually host tournaments. If I host tournaments, it will generate additional revenue for the city as people will travel to our gym to box in tournaments and sparring competitions. Boxing rings cost anywhere from $8,000-$12,000 dollars, depending on whether or not you purchase lumber separately. I plan to use what I have saved in conjunction with a business loan or grant, to make this purchase.

I do not have direct competitors in this immediate area. My competitors would be boxing gyms in Dallas and Fort Worth (over 50 miles away). We are located in Stephenville and can serve the surrounding cities that do not have boxing gyms, such as Dublin, Morgan Mill, Lingleville, Bluff Dale, Glen Rose, Carbon, De Leon, etc..
