    I would use the money to change my business model and invest in online streaming, software, advertising and a new database. Prior to COVID the majority of my business was in the Trade Show/Convention Arena space. With there being no large gatherings especially 10k plus people my business took a huge loss and now I am trying to stay afloat and reinvent the wheel.

    My business specialized in the promo/events and staffing entertainment industry for Tradeshows and Conventions Centers. My business thrives on Large execution that takes place at Trade Shows on a national level. My business model is really niche and there is not much wiggle room to continue operating in my space during a Pandemic. I don't see the government allowing us to have 15-20k plus attendees come to a tradeshow anytime soon this year. The pandemic is not allowing me to operating my business in the same capacity so now I am having to change my business model and navigate online to streaming and broadcasting. I have always overcome any challenges and ready to reinvent myself and my business to stay with the current trends

    My top 3 competitors have more staff, to create more leads, make more phone calls and have a larger footprint to reach a larger audience. What makes me differ is that I am a small moms and pops talent agency. I don't require a large staff to run my business, or don't have large overhead since I run my business out of my house. I am also able to pay my talent following an event instead of making them wait 30-90 days to receive payment, thus making talent my choice of agency to work for.
