    I plan to grow my business through the satisfaction and trust of my clients. I was a financial advisor and manager for over 20 years and built a successful book of business. I have the knowledge, contacts and reputation to continue to grow my new business. I will build a state inspected quality home for new home buyers. While I was studying to get my contractors license, I help to oversee an entire project started in August 2020 and completed in November 2020. The house had many buyers seeking to purchase and was sold before completion. In addition I had an overwhelming interest in buyers wanting our services. The feedback has been very positive and the business plan has had a great start. The demand is there but in order for the business to grow and be successful I need to have the inventory available. I would be extremely grateful if an investor decide to invest in my business and future. Although I've been around the industry for 30yrs. through my husband's plumbing company, this is a new career path for me and I've always enjoyed the excitement of building a new home. I work extremely hard and put in the hours needed to satisfy the customer, complete tasks on time, and provided excellent service and/or product. In the financial world my business was built on referral's and you do not get any of those unless your client is very happy with the service you are providing.

    The top 3 competitors are larger businesses and rely more on quantity instead of quality. They do many things well but I do feel they are not paying attention to the detail and to the complete satisfaction of the buyer like they have in the past. There is such a wide variety of homes to build and that are being built but, I am sticking to a certain square footage which will keep me extremely competitive. I believe I have had a lot of interest because I take the time to do something a little bit different which will get the buyers attention and not look so "cookie cutter" on a project. I have a fresh new look at the industry and come from the buyers perspective. Also, I do have to say that being a female I look at these projects a little differently and develop a different relationship with my clients. Having a previous career in the banking and financial market I feel gives me an advantage with a different set of knowledge, skills, and management techniques.
